Hushmail 4+

I’ve been using Hushmail for a couple of years and I really enjoyed having the convenience of using the app while on the go. I also enjoyed being able to have more than one account linked on Hushmail due to having a contractor email as well as my own personal business one. However, lately I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall continuous the mobile app because my reply emails remain either in the Draft or Outbox mailboxes and I’ve used both Wifi and Cellular data but to no avail I’ve had to instead reply to emails from my laptop which cancels out the purpose of using the app for the convenience. If Hushmail could work on this issue my rating will go from 1-5 stars. Otherwise the customer service has been wonderful on occasions when I had to use it due to browser issues.

So very frustrating. Not only does it have limited functionality, weird bugs for spell-check correct, and sometimes notifications don't push, it will not send a message if you switch to another app. That means you have to wait until the message sends entirely before pressing the home key, sometimes taking 30+ of babysitting a mail app to do one of the main things it's supposed to do. Otherwise, the next time you open the app it will have an "Outbox" folder added with your message in limbo – or sometimes just send the message immediately upon opening. I'm so frustrated how unprofessional this app has made me look when I haven't had access to my computer. Please Hushmail, get this app together.

Trying to reply to emails not working NOW. I had to get on the browser to reply on a recent email yesterday evening. Four months ago was the last update. My proton email service app updates every few weeks to keep up with the recent iOS settings and security. Please update this iOS email app accordingly to keep up more frequently with the iOS security and settings protocols. Also please read other people’s complaints and suggestions to further making this app more user friendly on a daily basis so we don’t have to hop on the browser to using this email service everyone is paying for monthly/annually. Thx!
