I downloaded the app and tried many times to create an account, but it keeps telling me that there is an “unspecified error” that is preventing me from completing the registration.
Unable to create an account :-(
This app will NOT allow me to create an account. Each time I try, it gives an error message that the password is incorrect. Please let us know what your password requirements are so we can create an account. The app is worthless if no one can access it.
I am unable to register
I downloaded this app. I have tried several times to register. I am told that my passwords do not match - which they do. I try to login and told no password entered. Help!!! I would like to use this app.
