ACCESS: Connect with Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive (including OneDrive for Business) or open PDFs directly from email and other apps.
SEARCH: Search documents in your local library and throughout your cloud storage.
SHARE: iAnnotate saves your markups directly to the PDF, so they can be viewed and edited in external PDF readers.
FLATTEN: Compress your annotations onto the document to prevent modification. This is useful for preserving signatures or for preventing recipients from deleting or changing your annotations.

UNLIMITED TABS: Open multiple documents in tabs, and easily navigate between them, on both tablet and phone.
TWO DOCUMENTS: Work on two documents side-by-side, for even greater productivity.

What's New in Version 4.3.5
Minor bug fixes.
I used the old iAnnotate for years and recommended to everyone I know. I had everything set up for my particular needs (mostly grading college papers), with customized stamps and tool bars etc. I decided to support the developer and buy the new one and started using it today when I have a stack of papers to grade. So, I spent time as I was going along with the first couple of papers to set up tool bars, etc. made new stamps. I took a 15 minute break after the 3rd paper, and when I came back to the app MY NEW TOOL BAR HAD DISAPPEARED. I don't have time for this! I'm conducting a workshop on grading using an iPad on Tuesday (October 2) and was going to recommend the new version, but now, how can I? Tell my colleagues that their hard work will be wasted if they leave the app?
The new iAnnotate is a disaster
I was dependent on the older version of iAnnotate for a long time. It wasn't perfect, but it served my needs well. Then it started crashing like crazy and, not being supported anymore, I felt forced to shell out $10 a second time for v4, even though none of the new features are relevant to me. Unfortunately all the old features are now garbage. It crashes constantly (on a new iPad with plenty of space). Nothing works smoothly anymore. And instead of fixing the terrible delete function that used to say it deleted the file completely even though it actually only deleted it from your device, not the cloud, it now does delete both -- and there's a spelling error in the warning message! The new version is basically a scam. Avoid it.
Crashes to the point of futility
I used the old iAnnotate app and it worked fine, but they stopped updating that app so I paid for this new version and I have regretted it since. This was an unbelievable nightmare during its earlier versions, but I decided to give it another go and migrated a book with annotations from the old app into this latest version. Things have not changed much- it still crashes every few seconds, and when it reloads, it attempts to reload all the annotations all over again and crashes yet again and starts the cycle all over. This new app is not worth any of the new tools they added because of how unstable and unreliable this app is
