I do not know if it is because of the VA or WHO but this is worthless. I have spent hours trying to get it to work, and I have a fully authorized VA account. It just doesn’t happen!
I logged in and tapped everywhere on the screen. Nothing opens for me to enter records. It's a dead screen. Even adding a pic didn't work. Immediate uninstall.
