Love it.

Extraordinarily useful. Could you do it in notepad? Sure. But this app walks you though it.

A waste of money

iCBT does almost nothing except give you spaces to write down your thoughts and assessments of them. It is hardly an improvement over using a free notepad app. It takes a lot of nerve to charge $5 for something that required almost no work to create.

Great and easy

I have struggled with severe anxiety. Years ago I read Dr. David Burns book "Feeling Good hand book" worked on it with my therapist and changed my outlook on life. This app makes it so I don't have to carry and notebook around with me. Now I can just open this app. You can also turn on password to lock the app. This is a great find.
