Simple, informative, useful
A quick and easy CBT tool. The app provides a way to view situations outside of self, acknowledge feelings, recognize the negative thinking that create those feelings, and then reframe. iCBT could not be easier to use and is a wonderful way to decrease automatic negative thoughts. It can also be used in conjunction with therapeutic CBT* to journal homework or by anyone who wants to improve automatic thoughts.

Great and easy
I have struggled with severe anxiety. Years ago I read Dr. David Burns book "Feeling Good hand book" worked on it with my therapist and changed my outlook on life. This app makes it so I don't have to carry and notebook around with me. Now I can just open this app. You can also turn on password to lock the app. This is a great find.
