Great app 👌🏽👌🏽

I have been doing cycles of sealfit and Thor 3 for a year or so now. Lately I've been trying to make my own workouts by blending the two and throw in some more stuff. Which is very time consuming for me and all I had to go on was the same workouts I had been doing for a year. So, I decided to look for an app to help me out maybe because it's 2016. I downloaded this thinking it would just be a library type deal where they just copy and pasted the same tired old workouts and just made it flashy. I was very surprised to see how nice the interface was and how in depth the overall app is. Not only do the offer a library and some other features, but they also add multiple new workouts daily and some crossfit news and stuff if you're into that stuff. And that's just the free version. Gone are the days where I try and make up a workout off the top of my head. Very nice app overall and I am very pleased.

Best Crossfit WOD app available!

I've been using this app for over a year now and it's by far the best one I've been able to find! You have the ability to pick what box's WODs you want to see in your daily feed, this allows for easy workout changes due to weather, available equipment, or differing rest days. This app also makes it easy to track and time any WOD. If there was anything I could change it might be the ability to share and see my friends times on a community white board. Overall though, this app is amazing.

Amazing app

This app completely rocks! I did CrossFit at a box for about nine months and then I had a stress fracture in my foot. This app helps keep me connected gives me ideas for workouts and lets me log in track my progress. Also has awesome recipes and the ability to save them to my favorites as well. All around the app is great and the redesigned app is even better!
