Wrong Pick Up Times
As many of the users have reviewed, the pick up times that are selected in the app do not reflect on the confirmation page after the order is put through. Instead, a completely different time is displayed. For example: I selected to pick up at 12:45 pm and the app confirmed the time as 2:25 pm - that’s 1 hour and 40 minute difference!!
I have emailed Blaze regarding this discrepancy, provided screenshots of what I selected and what the confirmation page showed, and they told me that the time displayed on the confirmation page is NOT the pick up time. When I told them that the store also received the pick up time as 2:25 pm and not 12:45 pm, the companies response was that they were unsure of where the time came from but the app worked correctly.
Long story short, I don’t order through this app anymore because it’s not convenient at all and the company is refusing to listen to customer feedback.
Spinning wheel of death
About a good 99% of the time I try to order from the app I have to just call the order in or go to the restaurant and order because when I click on add order, I get the spinning wheel of death. I literally started the order from the time I left work, drove a half a mile to the restaurant, and it was still spinning. My goal was to be able to pick up my daughters' pizza by the time I got there. Well that did not happen. I had to order inside. Then at the restaurant or on the phone when I order either way, I get told that my points are only for app purchases. I can only add points through the app.
I love your food, my daughter has a severe tomato allergy and here I can make her a pizza with sauce that does not have tomato, but if you're going to make a point system and app please make them all coincide and work appropriately. Thank you. Ps. I did uninstall and reinstall.
The absolute worst rewards app I have on my phone. Can someone please explain to me WHY on earth I have to login every time I use the app?! It's the only one that makes me re-login every single time. It also doesn't store my email address or password, so you have to type it in at the register while everyone in line behind you waits a ridiculously long time for it to load your profile. The user interface is confusing and busy. Ordering for pick-up through the app is complex. It's like Blaze doesn't actually want people to use and enjoy their app. It makes eating at their restaurants a frustrating experience rather than enhancing the visit. This app is a fail.
