Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when upgrading.

Okay software, bad business ethics
I will at least rate this app a 2/3based off of their software being okay, but customer service brings it down to a 1. The app has a ton of repeat exercises which makes it a little clunky to navigate through and is not a big library to choose from, but shows a lot of promise otherwise.
However, I made it very clear I would like to cancel in January and they tried to follow up with me in May, but by then I no longer used the email they tried contacting through. So in June they billed me. I contacted them right away to cancel and refund, but was denied the refund. I get if I used goods, or services, or even cost them money in some capacity to not refund my purchase, but to just blindly say repeatedly “that we do not authorize refunds” is absurd. Different circumstances should dictate weather, or not a refund is given.
I have used a couple of other softwares before and I honestly think that for customer service and software functionality there are better apps out there bottom line. I would have rated the software probably a 2 maybe a 3 anyway based on just the software, but combined with my customer service experience it only gets 1.
Over priced and bad customer service
Tried this service a few months ago as it looked promising and used the trial period to give it a test run. The product worked ok, but way overpriced for the services offered. Tried to cancel before the trial period, but found no cancel button, not even an option in their “contact us” section. That said, I sent a notice through billing and asked to cancel.
A few months went by and noticed they charged me for services I never even used...for a few months. I no longer had the email associated with the account so I had to use my personal email address to contact them. Even though they recognized the services had never been used, they still refused to refund anything, though they did finally cancel the service...again, about 3 months after I originally asked.
Bottom line, the service looks nice but is subpar. They respond quickly when inquiring about sells and needing help during the trial period, but not so much when you decide to cancel.

Before making a purchase, My PT Hub offer a completely free, 30-day trial, for you to make sure the app is the best fit for you and your business. We do not take any card details, so if you do not wish to continue, the account will just downgrade to the free account, to upgrade this is done manually.
Unfortunately, for data protection reasons, we would not of been able to discuss your account with you via email unless we have an email from the the email address linked to the account, or if you pass data protection questions.

Fraud, bugs and missing features
I used My PT Hub to see $1,600 of training to my clients. Then, all a sudden, before the money was transferred to me, it all went poof, vanished with no sign of my training packages or sales having ever existed. My PT Hub seems clueless about what happened, and 48 hours after it vanished, they won’t even admit my clients made purchases. We have credit card records and even My PT Hub email receipts to prove the sales.
Obviously missing money is pretty bad, but there’s more. They told me the Packages (payment processing) feature of the platform would be down for a couple weeks for maintenance. Most companies push updates over the course of minutes in the middle of the night. Then there’s plenty of bugs in the software, and the inability to put training plans on hold or issue refunds past 24 hours.
Customer service is almost always vague about anything you contact them for, especially when your money just vanishes. STAY AWAY FROM My PT Hub!
