Techs can view their schedule, maps and directions to jobsites, open detailed work orders and service tickets, mark tasks complete and clock in and out of the appointments from iPhones. Work orders show history of completed tasks. Timesheets display results of hours completed. Techs can view the description of work, mark tasks complete and send field notes back to the office. Techs can also create new QuickTasks from the field. Clients receive appointment reminders prior to service calls via text messages.
