Great service
Though not perfect, Gig offers a fairly priced and convenient service with an abundance of cars available within its Home Zone. (200+, I think.) It's a great alternative to Uber and Lyft in many circumstances and has already made my family's choice to own just a single car easier in those rare circumstances where we could really use a second vehicle. A couple hiccups I've hit so far have been one phantom car (on the map, but not on the street) and a couple inexplicable parking charges. But nothing I think Gig won't be able to fix.
Great service
Great service, I just wish that there were more cars near North Berkeley Bart station. I understand it changes based on customer use but I see tons of cars on north side Berkeley campus that do not seem to move. Not sure what that solution might be other than manually moving cars from one place to the other. Just a thought. Great job guys!
Love it
This is by far my new favorite way to get around the East Bay (and the Bay Area in general). I've used other car share services and Lyft/Uber and Gig takes the cake. The fact that you don't have to drop it off where you picked it up or talk to a soul during the process is amazing. And the cars seem to be readily available wherever I've been so far.
