Prism is a versatile music player for iCloud and Plex that lets you quickly access, refine and arrange your music to create interesting dynamic playlists.
▶ ACCESS music already on your device or in your iCloud Music Library*, or add a free Plex account to stream your music from anywhere in the world.
▶ REFINE the songs you want to include in your playlist by adding one or more filters
For example, filters enable you to create a playlist with all songs tagged with genre [Ambient] that you have also marked as "loved".
▶ ARRANGE how you want to view and play your music
Display an artist’s discography as a list of songs or albums; sort artists, albums or songs alphabetically or by popularity and more.
▶ PLAY your new playlist using the universal play or shuffle buttons
Songs will be queued using the filters and arrangement you’ve configured.
• Choose between light and dark themes and various accent colours

Ratings and Reviews
This is now the only music app used on my iPhone. Streaming my Plex library of flac files sounds incredible in my car. So far I have had only a single instance of connectivity issues, and that was caused by my cable provider. Otherwise no buffering whatsoever. The only playback issue that I would hope to see improvement on is that the app doesn’t always remember where I was when listening to my entire library on shuffle, but to me that’s a very minor problem. The presentation of the album art and track info is gorgeous, and my only other wish would be that the text in dark mode would be changed to all white, the gray used there is a bit hard to read. Other than that, I’m thrilled to have found this app. Kudos to the developers, really well done!
Must have music app for Plex users!
For the admittedly niche users that prefers streaming their music library through their Plex server instead of Spotify/Apple Music—this is the missing Plex music app you’ve been yearning for! Prism is smooth and intuitive—essentially everything the Plex music fails at. My library even loads faster than Plex. No lag in playback, no getting stuck buffering. Just a joy to use. Also, according to their website, offline caching is coming soon, which is the only feature that Plex has them beat currently (and even that is debatable since Plex seems to ignore my offline content for playback most of the time). In summary, if you use Plex for your music, get this, now!
I have downloaded it. This is really a nice and smart player I ever had. Besides that, there are some suggests i would like you improve in next version. IU controller should have a little blur backgroud, controller icon and image preview smaller. I think it’s really nice if you’re put a little shadow around image. Numbers count will be better if they aren’t on the song’s icon or you can remove it. Everything is black and white is the best and keep it simple. Nice job!
