Camp Wonderopolis is the fun, free online camp about the Wonders of music. Can music help you think? How do you make sounds louder? What's the hardest instrument to play? Explore a Symphony of Wonders in Camp, with cool videos to watch, fun activities to try, recommended reading lists, Maker projects, and lots more!
You can create your Camper or Counselor account for free and enjoy Camp solo, as a family, or as part of a classroom or summer learning program. No matter how you participate, you’ll delight in learning through wonder—an approach honed by the award-winning Wonderopolis®!
You can go through Camp at your own pace and in any order. There are 42 Wonders in all, spread out across 6 different tracks. Each track also includes a cool Maker project and recommended reading list for all ages.
Go to each lesson for a chance to earn a Wonder Card. Can you collect enough to become a Camp Rockstar or Camp Maestro? Check your dashboard to track your progress.
Ask your own questions, share your posts, and see what others are doing on the Wonder Wall. Keep an online Camp diary for a record of your Camp experience.
Parents and educators can sign up as a Counselor and connect to Campers to share the Camp experience with their children and students. Through the My Campers tab on their dashboard, Counselors can track their Campers’ progress through Camp, see how many Wonder Cards they’ve earned, track their vocabulary results, and share diary entries.
Camp Wonderopolis® is an offshoot of the award-winning Wonderopolis.org, which helps spark our natural curiosity and creates learning moments in everyday life—from the bus stop to the classroom to the dinner table. Our more than 2,100 Wonders of the Day® are built with articles and multimedia content to build vocabulary skills, background knowledge, and reading comprehension.
