DUN dun, DUN dun…. JAWS is now causing chaos on mobile in this fun and fast-paced multiplayer hyper-casual io game. Submerge yourself in the waters of Amity Island and rack up the points by avoiding being taken down by other players and finishing the round with the top score!
HYPER CASUAL MULTIPLAYER ACTION
Use simple one-finger controls to dive in and compete against other players in short action-packed matches.
PLAY AS JAWS
JAWS mode -- Choose this mode and from the beginning to the end of the match, play as the infamous shark and devour your way to first place, while avoiding the boats who want you out of their waters.
YOU’RE GOING TO NEED A BIGGER BOAT
Boat mode -- Start off as a small boat and see if you could make it big by dashing to the rescue of those in the water while maneuvering away from the jaws of JAWS. The bigger the ship you have, the easier it will be to take him down. Especially since he gets bigger as he eats more fish, buoys, wooden dock planks… and swimmers…
CHALLENGE YOUR FRIENDS
Compete with up to seven friends in a Local Game! By selecting this mode, you can use a unique code to open the waters to those you want to specifically compete against with a level playing field.
WHATEVER FLOATS YOUR BOAT
Don’t be a chum with the basics -- unlock new boats and shark skins with achievements! Before each round choose a custom skin and stand out from the other fish in the sea. The more achievements you unlock, the more skin options you’ll have.

Boats are pretty much sharks
You guys couldn't be bothered to give the boats even a remotely different function then the sharks huh? In what world would boats running into houses and harbors even be remotely sensible???
Plus, the shark is kind of useless. You can easily get first place without even remotely seeing the shark. Here's some tips. Make a consequence for not shooting the shark. And make the shark have some more weight to it. At this level, the shark is like a low lvl boat. It even has the downfall of losing health when other boats shoot you and you can't shoot them back. Sure you can "destroy" boats but boats can do that easily to each other. Why on earth would ANYONE want to be a shark.
Edit: I didn't complain about the lack of a "true" multiplayer function because c'mon. You guys should all know by now .io games are absolutely fake. All of them, bots. Surprise surprise. This one is fake too.
I don’t get it.
You want to become the shark? You don’t want to become the shark? What’s the premise here? I’ve played this 10 or 15 times already and I still have no idea what I’m supposed to be doing. Yet weirdly, I either win or take 2nd place every time. Is it that you get two lives; 1st is as the boat and second is as the shark? Or is the point to ultimately become the shark? Huh? If so, why does crashing into things and picking people out of the water size up your boat, presumably making it stronger? The controls are terrible. How are you supposed to steer when using your charge up shot or dash? I don’t think this game works. Fun graphics but that has never been the cause of a great app based game. Seems like an elaborate method of forcing users to watch ads. LAME.
Pretty much perfect.
This game is much better than it has any right to be. It’s short match times make it perfect for short burst plays and you don’t have to spend a dime unless it’s for aesthetic changes to your ship or shark and all those can be earned for free if you play long enough. There are ads between matches but you can skip them after a few seconds although it actually rewards you for viewing them by giving you points to help in your pursuit of new skins.
