Ratings and Reviews
Okay app with a couple of limitations
Part of me didn’t want to write a review so this app wouldn’t get to popular! My two sisters have already stolen my phone to play this too!! I really enjoy this app. Very nice alternative to the normal boring gift card earring apps. You also can rack up point reasonably.
Just be aware that point expire Sunday night and you can only earn 5000 point per day (the equivalent of a $20 gift card) and only earn two gift cards (no matter what amount each week).
This makes sense honestly, since they can’t have people earning hundreds of dollars each week by staying on the app all day.
I have noticed that the gift cards I want (sephora, Nordstrom, Target) aren’t available near the end of the week. My two sisters didn’t have this problem though (one did get them at the start of the week though). So I’m not sure if this is a glitch that the gift cards aren’t appearing, or if they actually run out. I would be very interested to find this out.
Update: they only send you the gift cards half the time. I have filled out forms for help to contact a yahoo employee on the Yahoo help forum and it rejects my email every time I put it in.
Those are my problems with this app.
If they don’t fix/explain those issues I will stop using the app as there is no point watching these videos if you can’t earn the gift cards you are interested in or even receive them.

Hoodoo - Thank you very much for the detailed review and rating. I will share your feedback with the team. The rewards are limited so may run out at times. We are aware of this and working on some changes. Thanks again for using Yahoo Play! - NF
This app is such a scam/knockoff. I saw an ad for this app on Snapchat or some other social media platform, and I decided to download it out of curiosity. The app interface is clunky, and was difficult to navigate at first. After I managed to figure it out, it wasn’t too bad. I redeemed my points for 2 Groupon gift cards a month ago, and I still haven’t received it. I sent a message to support after waiting over 12 days for my reward, and got a generic email from an agent stating “please wait 48 hours, check your junk/spam, and email us back in 48 hours if you still haven’t received it.” 4-5 days after their email, I still didn’t receive anything. I emailed them back informing them that I still haven’t received my rewards, and they never responded. It’s been over a month since I initially redeemed my points. Don’t download this scam of an app.

We're very sorry about the frustrations. We definitely want to figure out what's going and get this corrected for you. Do you have by any chance a case number so we can follow up? -AB
A little misleading
Everything was great until A: they suddenly raised the points to redeem and B: they don’t give you your redemptions for using another email. In the manage accounts section it states Use these “accounts” (plural) in yahoo play but if you do then they mark you for violating their terms and do not give you the card you selected. Why is it an option to add accounts then?
For the people who have been using and are caught up you will never get a higher card unless you don’t play for a month or two and save your games up.
