We're sorry for the confusion we might have caused you. Please be advised that your Chatime Societea account and your Chatime Online Ordering account are two separate platforms. As such, to earn points for your Chatime Online Ordering orders towards your Chatime Societea account, you will need to create a separate Chatime Online Ordering account using the same email address and password used for your Chatime Societea account. Points will then be earned within 24 hours from the time of purchase and the transaction will reflect on your Chatime Societea app under Settings --> Transaction History.
