Love app but since updating, my Drafts keep disappearing off my selling page!! PLEASE FIX BUG!
Like I said the app is awesome!! I have been selling on eBay for over 5 years now consistently and never had an issue like this before!! I create 20 drafts at a time and work on them individually till I get down to 0...than load up 20 more drafts. So when this whole section just up and disappears from view, when I just made 20 drafts with pictures and all, it's a huge problem, especially since there is no other way to see them but on that selling page!! I'm forced sometimes to go on the web and do my work from there! But I have been able to just restart the program & the drafts are finally back but sometimes it takes like 10 times to finally appear!!! So I give up & go to the regular website. Which is very annoying since I have always just worked on the app.
So it hurts me to give this app just 3 stars but without being able to sell, the ebay app is not much use to me!! So please Ebay app creators please fix this bug immediately!!! Hopefully I'm not the only one!!
eBay app
I have recently started using the bow with a lot more. There are lots of bugs and issues with the app. Sometimes app will not run correctly it is difficulty to use. App has a random glitches and will freeze or crash at times.
I can take pictures and do postings quickly. Voice software on my phone makes it easy. There are some editing issues that you cannot do on the phone or mobile app. Sometimes you have to use the website to change a setting you cannot access on the phone app.
eBay has definitely started to go down hill with customer service. Especially if your a regular seller. I have had issues with EBay giving refunds and canceling listings with out contacting me first. Also sellers can not challenge negative feedback from idiots anymore. I have had a lot of buyers try to change auction conditions after they buy an item. I have been looking at other apps and local ways to sell items due to EBay's fees and decline in costumer service.....
Ebay is the best plain and simple
I have been using eBay for about a decade now. All I can say is I guarantee you can look around your house and make money off at least one thing in there. Just imagine what you could do from there? Unique items always find a good home. As a buyer I can say that I have never had a bad experience with a seller. There is one experience that I won a bid but the sellers account disappeared out of know here, this was 7 years ago and I have never had an experience like that since then. I hope that eBay can always exist. It is the most dependable website I have ever used. Thanks to everyone I've sold items to and bought from, always smooth. -Loyalbidder
