Horrible user interface
The prompts to enter data aren't fluid and intuitive. The create new password process is a great example...you get the first "clean" (I.e. hard to see) line to enter your password and directly below that are the password requirements.
Fine, thanks for the info, but it separates the requirement to re-enter the password and if you just click "done" in your phones keystroke screen, the highlighted prompt to reset the password is the next thing your eyes naturally see. NOT the next line to re-enter your new password. Then to make things even worse, you get an error message saying your password doesn't meet the requirements. WRONG! it's just that you haven't re-entered the password you're trying SO HARD to create.
Another example of poor UI design is when the app asks for you SSN and Card/acct details to start the password reset. Again, it's not clear where to enter the numbers.
When I'm frantically trying to remember my password and then have to settle on resetting it, the last thing I want to deal with is vague and misleading prompts from the app I'm trying to use.
Actual amount due doesn't show in app
I've had this app for about six months now and I cannot for the life of me figure out why the payment shown on the app takes forever to update. Example my payment for this month is due around Thanksgiving (next week) and it's for a little under $300, the app as of today 11/13 shows I have a credit of $25. If I call the automated system it gives me the correct amount due, my statement that came in the mail almost 2 weeks ago gives me the correct amount due for some reason this app just cannot show me the correct amount due until about five days before the actual due date. I'm giving 2 stars because information about my past payments show up very quickly and is easy to find.
Refuses to deposit all checks
I wasted too my of my life today trying to deposit a small check. When everything I tried failed, I called tech-support because I kept receiving an error message that stated My pictures weren’t clear enough. That was total nonsense. The tech-support person couldn’t figure it out either and told me to just uninstall and then reinstall the app. Of course, that didn’t work. So, I called tech-support again. This time, I was told to try and deposit other checks. Surprisingly, I had no problems with those. However, I still couldn’t deposit the original check. Even more disturbing, is that that check was the easiest of all of them to read. I ended up depositing that check electronically with a different bank where I had no problems whatsoever.
