Let's me know exactly what's going on
I can check my balance, know exactly what transactions are coming thru and have been made, quickly and specifically, and payments are posted super fast. All of the before mentioned are crucial when two people are using the account and only one is responsible for paying. Once I thought I had paid my bill but had not paid, nothing alerted me that though there is no late fee, I could not make any charges as of one day in which the minimum was not paid on time. Also, the fingerprint scanner only works once. It does not work for reloading in after a page times out.
Great App
Nice clean interface. Touch ID. Ability to make payments from the app.
They recently added the ability to download PDF statements from the app and also to request a check or statement credit for rewards balance from the app. It now has everything I would want in a credit card app.
Love the mobile deposit option
Especially since there are not many CitiBanks in rural areas or the suburbs, I can easily deposit my checks without having to travel far or wait weeks until I am in the city. Thank you! Wonderful app and easy to use and keep track of my expenses.
