Adventure in the Canadian Yukon in the days before the gold rush.
SavageNorth is an online RPG featuring a persistent world. When you join the game you will begin in a small native village. Your objective then is to find your place within native society. You can follow several paths (combat, crafting, healing, hunting, collecting resources or trading goods) that will allow you to earn a living. Your actions will also indicate how strongly you place the needs of the village above your own desire for wealth and power.
- PvP combat
- Leader boards
- Dynamic resources and crafting system
- Hunting in the wilderness
- Persistent game world
- Interact with other players
- 100% FREE total-access gameplay
I created a login then it says to create a native. I type everything in and hit create and nothing happens. The page just resets itself.
I check the about section, and it says you can play online using certain browsers. I did a search and found a link. But it does the same thing my iPhone does.
The creaters should have tested this out better before publishing it. And apple should have tried it out before allowing this app to be published. Thank god it was free!
I have read other reviews and no one seems to be able to play this app. Maybe one person has, but I don't see how. It's probally just one of the creaters friends posting to make it seem like it works and that the majority of us are wrong and don't know how our iPhones or ipods work.
Also the about section says that the is a development for the iPhone is underway, and it says it was 13 days agos. But I have checked back after 3 days and the time span never changed. The creaters need to fix this app in more ways than one!
If this app is fixed, and a browser version for macs and pcs becomes available (like the creatures say) then I may change my review, but for the time being this is getting 1 star. Since I can't give it less.
It's a nice, simple and adventurous game. When I'm bored and there's nothing to do, I could go on my Ipod and just play this for a while. It's really addictive and is a great game to socialize with if you chat in the chat box frequently. It would be cool if we could have a trading system where we cud trade with other people and their items. Also when we're in the wilderness it wud be nice if you cud show an option if you want to trade, chat, or attack that person in the spot. And if that player leaves the spot before you want to pick a choice it wud say like "This player left" or sumthin like that. But its an excellent game.
Fun game, and hopeful for update
This game has potential to be amazing. There are many more variables then in games like mafia wars, lootwars, etc. They've made a forums for support but still lack a better in-game help tutorial. Like info on where to find some of the materials. Although, they do an excellent job responding to questions. Lastly, they need to make it easier for low levels to gain experience, since it is hard to get started at the beginning levels. And I'm looking forward to the v2.0
