HuffPost is little more than a tabloid that caters to the Democrats' core constituencies--minorities, gays, and single women. If your comments do not please the moderators, they will be deleted. For a website that thinks of itself as progressive, it's comments section is merely an Amen corner for a particular point-of-view. And if you irritate one of the politically-correct stick figures who troll the comments as moderators, you will find your commenting privileges revoked. And decisions to delete comments are arbitrary and inconsistent. This is a website with a smug, smarmy attitude. They are the only ones who are allowed to be provocative. Don't try to be provocative and just agree mindlessly and you'll be fine. The website was founded by a woman who married a conservative Republican who later came out as gay. So she became a liberal all of a sudden and this website is the result of her inner conflict. She's allowed to have different points of view but you are not. Just go to BuzzFeed or PolicyMic instead. They're tabloids too but without the heavy censorship.
Continues to be a POS
HUffPo has a history of releasing mind blowingly crappy updates. This is such an update. Another worthless piece of s%^t.
They're back to crappy updates. Latest release has ad pop-up overlay, with no actual ad, that you have to dismiss before each story. And if the story has video the pop-up appears at the end of the video again and destroys navigation. You have to kill the app and restart it. Thanks for once again proving you're the most incompetent app developers, HuffP.
Before anything happened, Huffington post was my go to news app. Sure it had useless garbage news but it had what was going on. Not too Mention it was a lot of news in one part. Now it's barely anything. It used to be 50 slides now it's around 10. Fix please.
