Great! but missing many essential features
Needs landscape support..
needs ability to export pdf bill
needs to load faster.. my download speeds are about 20mb/s & this app takes FOREVER to load.
needs ability to turn off a specific line's data
push notifications for bill does not work. i turn it on, next time i open app, the slider says "off"
universalize please! not all of us can read a tiny the bill on such a tiny iphone screen. please make one universal app for iphone/ipad
give us direct phone numbers (or better, hyperlinks to dial the number) for other accounts than wireless, like for uverse.
support tech support chat in-app as it is on website.
make these changes & you'll have earned a five star AT&T. I love my service w/ you guys but this app falls far too short of the standard of quality you have come to expect from yourself. make a better app, please!
Beats the competition
The AT&T app performs and responds much better than apps from other carriers. I find many of the features useful and easily accessible. I don't see any glaring issues with the apps functionality.
Wish they would have mentioned in the description the icon was changing back to orange. I prefer the blue icon theme and that's the only reason it landed a spot on my home screen. Back to the folder it goes.
Does what it should
It serves its purpose the way it ought to and it does it well. I'm very happy with this app. What also makes it good for me is that it memorizes my payment methods as well as my accounts. I have both mine and my mother's accounts in the app and it alerts me when they are due and lets me pay them in seconds with just a couple of taps.
