Convenient, kinda...or not


I've used this app once before. At this point, when I open it to place an order, I expect it to already know my address and which Pizza Hut location I'll be ordering from. It keeps taking me in circles, though. I press the "Carry out" button and it searches for my whereabouts and the store nearest me. Why? I've already told the app everything it needs to know. And after I place my order it asks 'Delivery or Carry out. I press 'Carry out' and it searches on a map for my location...AGAIN.
I tried using it again tonight, it did the same thing, but I also noticed that there's no way to be certain if the order has been sent or received. I almost ordered 4 pizzas for two people. I panicked and drove down to the PH I ordered from to make sure they aren't making four pizzas and they straightened it out. Got my pizza in a timely fashion and it was delicious. But you guys really need to redesign your application. Please!

Cannot Checkout


I haven’t written an app review but am for the first time because I have been unable to get assistance through the 800 number and stores. I have tried to place orders using the app on multiple occasions and continue to get stuck when I have to enter my name and email address. The email address field is greyed out so I cannot enter my email address (I even tried typing it in first name, cutting and pasting it in the email field and it didn’t work). I called the store and they said that I’m the only one having trouble, they couldn’t help me because they don’t place online orders and to find the 800 number at the bottom of the webpage. I stayed on hold on the 800 number for 20 minutes and gave up. It’s a shame that you cannot get the deals unless you go online and the app won’t allow you to place the carry out order when you are out without access to a laptop/desktop.

Used to work great—updates caused problems


I am so annoyed with this app. I’ve given it a few months to see if they work out their issues, but it doesn’t appear that it’s going to happen. Very disappointing because it used to be GREAT. Now when there’s an update, sometimes I have to reinstall, but at minimum have to re-enter all my info again, which is a pain. It frequently takes me in this weird loop as if I didn’t give it all that info 37 seconds ago before I entered my order, and then I have to start over yet again. I shouldn’t have to re-enter my login info ever, and especially not immediately after I’ve logged in, and then enter my name/address info again. Grrr. Tonight I had to wait on hold 15 min to cancel an order I inadvertently made for an address I haven’t lived at for 9 months...? I’ve ordered multiple times since then, so why this address populated with my login tonight, even though my current address is the most current used, I have no idea.
