Description

PCSim is a PC in your pocket. PCSim simulates a real-life PC, only smaller and at a fraction of the cost!

As featured on WIRED.com:
- "PC Sim Brings Accurate PC Simulator to iPhone"
- "Is it funny? Hell yeah."
And GIZMODO:
- "Your Childhood PC, Perfectly Simulated on the iPhone"

If you're a PC owner you will love the convenience of having 99% of the functionality of a real PC wherever you are!

If you're a Mac owner PCSim will remind you why!

PCSim includes all the PC features you love:
- Long start up including BIOS
- Portholes 09 Operating System
- Functional floppy drive
- Viruses detected by Porton Antivirus
- Change the wallpaper: cat, dog, Ferrari, hot girl, etc
- Connect to the internet with a dial-up modem
- Blue screen of death
- The most import keys: Ctrl, Alt and Delete

11 Sep 09 - Version 1.1 now released that fixes bug that caused PCSim to crash on first generation devices. Now everyone can enjoy this old-school PC.

Let us know what upgrades you would like PC Sim to have. Possible future updates include:
- An extra 32MB of RAM!

Note:
PCs take a long time to start up. To turbo start the computer (though this takes away realism) place a finger on the fan while pressing the power button and for the initial second of startup.

Disclaimer:
PCSim may not have 99% of the functionality of a real PC. Probably closer to 98%.

What's New in Version 1.1

Good.... For a start.

For $1.99, I thought this app would be pretty fun. The first few times, it's funny (Annoying Beep......Detected). But after a while, it started to bore me. And I caught on quickly that all you can do is start up, shut down, change the desktop, turn the monitor on and off, and break the computer screen. If you try to do anything else, it just crashes.

Maybe you can include more things in the start menu? (Computer info, settings, etc.) And maybe being able to actually connect to the Internet.

I won't delete the app for now because hopefully you'll update soon, but I would advise others to not buy this app. Not unless you're looking for a decent one-time laugh and have nearly two bucks to toss.

The Black Titan

I like how some people thought this was actually going to be something that you could use. It's like they thought someone made a working computer emulator for the iPhone, then put it in the AppStore, and sells it for $1.

It's fun to be able to relive when computers sucked and didn't do anything.
An update would be good, more things to do, error messages, all that fun stuff.

Read this if you are the guy(s) that made thi app

I am willing to rate the app 5stars and recommend it to all(50) of my friends if you add two of the following

1 actually access the Internet (no blue screen of death but Internet "lags")

2 be able to run the programs (50% chance of blue screen)

3 virus causes blue screen after formatting

4 more ways of breaking pc Ex. touch screen with three fingers at once (so I don't look weird when trying to shake iPod )

5 more applications like a WORKING text editor

6 "safe mode" bootable option

7 cd rom
