Amazing App!

Wish I could give it 10 stars. With the elite upgrade you can customize this app to do just about anything. Do yourself a favor and upgrade if you haven't done to it yet. If you are serious about losing weight or just getting in better shape, it will be the best $ you've ever spent. I've been using it for walking for several months now and can't imagine walking with out it. Get you a heart rate monitor that syncs with the app and you are all set. This app is done right! Keep up the good work developers and thank you!

P.S. Because it uses the satellite gps data from your iPhone for location, your phone needs a clear view of the sky for Walkmeter to be accurate. As they recommend it works best when the phone is in an armband or a running belt vs in your pocket.

Great features, but lots of bugs recently

The Good: This app has fantastic features for exercise enthusiasts. Time, distance, step, calorie and elevation tracking provide an awesome statistical breakdown of every workout. The companion Apple Watch app makes it easy to keep up with your performance and pause your workout when needed without taking your phone out of your pocket.

The Bad: Over the past couple of weeks, synchronization between the phone and watch apps has become sporadic and unreliable. The watch app crashes regularly. Not sure what changed, but I hope it gets fixed quickly. I would not recommend their "Elite" subscription until they get the problems resolved.

😡Constantly shuts down!😡

This app used to have no problem whatsoever running in the background and now it constantly shuts down. Seems like phone calls, texts, using the camera, and the music app all cause it to stop running. Basically, most of the usual things you might do with your phone!

Don't know if Apple is to blame or the developer, but the app is basically useless until this issue is fixed. The most frustrating thing is that it didn't have this problem until recently. It's a great app... WHEN IT WORKS.

I am using latest iOS and iPhone 6.
