Twitter is a free app that lets you connect with people, express yourself, and discover more about all the things you love.
See what your favorite celebs and athletes are chatting about. Be the first to hear breaking news. Catch a glimpse behind the scenes at concerts, sporting events, and more.
Then join the conversation: Tweet your own text, photos, and video to your followers — and maybe make a few fans along the way.
Get inspired. Be social. Even send private messages to friends. All in real time, as big (and little) things happen, from anywhere you happen to be.
Twitter is now available for Apple Watch: Tweet, Retweet, reply and like in a flash. Quickly see recent Tweets and top trends. Share your location, a song, or your thoughts with a flick on the wrist. It's Twitter, but littler.
What's New in Version 6.46.1
Now you can choose a new timeline feature that helps you catch up on the most important Tweets from the people you follow. The Tweets you’re most likely to care about will appear at the top of your timeline – still recent and in reverse chronological order.
Super Glitchy... Hating this!!!
I'll get one notification of a new follower but when I go into the app, and click the notifications it won't show anything new. I'll have to delete the app and install again and then after doing that once or twice I'll see whatever new follower (and usually it turns out to be more than one person it ignored) have actually started following me. I don't want to erase and reinstall the app to see who recently started following me.
Also, I get notifications for some people and there are days that here tweeting and I don't get a single notification... Or if I do, but then a badge appears (whether correctly or due to a glitch) on the app, as soon as I go in I'll lose all the notifications so I can't go in and then back out as soon as you're in once whether it's to see a tweet or to see the notification the list of notifications on the phone screen is gone.
Please fix these issues it's becoming very annoying and making me think twice about continuing to use this app/service.
moments and likes
fantastic I obviously use it every day but moments is unnecessary and the tutorial pops up every time I click on it by accident or on purpose to get rid of a notification..
also side note I think that everybody will be so much happier if you bring back favoriting tweets you guys were unique and we got so used to it honestly everyone wants it back :/
I really don't like how when you "like" a tweet now and go back through them, it goes in order of date the tweets posted its very inconvenient it was much much easier and just overall better when it was in the order of when you favorited it like most recently favorited, etc.
I don't know what's been going on with Twitter... My account is so insanely glitchy. I'm trying to go through old favorites/likes and unlike/unfavorite old things because I like to keep my social media stuff pretty updated and go through it fairly often. So it says I have 4,000+ likes/favorites, but then under that, it says I have none... And I know I do. It lets me view other Twitter user's favorites, just not my own. I've tried it on the app, on my laptop browser, on my phone browser.... It's all glitching. I've tried getting ahold of support and reporting the problem, but nobody is getting back to me. I've had this problem for probably two months or more. I'm getting so frustrated, I wanna just deactivate my account. C'mon, Twitter support... Fix this problem.
