Very Good

I feel the app is very good because the voice is soft enough to help you in remaining foccused in the present moment. how ever, while the comments of the voice at the begining of the meditation are useful to get a state of calm and relaxation, when your thoughts are completely stopped it could be distracting.
Meditation is a state of observing and feeling life without judging or reprocessing information into conclusions. Many types of meditation use mantras (hinduist types) or sacred words (Christian types) to mantain and prolong this state.
MY SUGGESTION to improve the program is adding a subroutine that gives you the option to record your own mantra and adjust how many times is repeated per minute or during the total meditation time. Another interesting feature to add is a the sound of a brass bell that could mark either starting and ending of meditation as you decide.

Guide into bliss

Okay, so this title may be a bit much, but I thoroughly enjoy this app. Recommended by the author of the book, "The Miracle Morning", I had to try this out.
I have meditated much in the past, but this app really helps me realize where I fault. Just recently, I had a really deep and successful meditation utilizing this app, and I am here to say this app has brought me leaps and bounds from my former dilapidated style of mediation.
Tonight was the first night I did a guided 20 minute meditation with voice only and I have never surpassed a level of oneness like I did tonight. I don't know if new guidance was added, because some of the soft suggestions seem new to me tonight as opposed to 2 months ago. If changes were done, then those changes really helped!


Works for me!

I've tried meditating so many other times and have always ended up either focusing on a problem and not getting to a relaxed state or falling asleep. This app works for me for a number of reasons: I can set a definite time and choose the background sounds; I enjoy the gal's voice and really like how she takes into account the fact that your mind isn't going to be blank, and that's ok - that has helped me let go of the thoughts that pop up instead of focusing on them; and the way her suggestions and the silences are spaced allow for relaxation but also keep your mind from running away with random thoughts for any length of time.
I would recommend this for anyone who wants to learn how to incorporate meditation into their life.
