Followings are main features of Push-Ups dojo:

* Push-Ups
You can select your favorite object as a target from 4 different types of objects in each stage.
Objects are layed on the ground and smash them with tip of your nose. No Cheating!!

* BGM
You can work out with favorite music. You can choose a music from iPod library.
"Theme from Rocky(Gonna Fly Now)" must be a one of the best BGM.

* Make a chart
The push-ups score are presented with a chart.
You can easily grasp the total score and daily changing patterns.

* Online settings

Cool. Speed? Slower is better for results.

Finally a fun reason for pushups. I suppose a speed option would be easy to add... However, faster push ups are easier. In that it is easier to do more if done fast. However slower, controlled push ups will have more impact and will do you more good.

To log 40 fast ones or 25 slow ones.... Does it really matter? Slow, steady, even and controlled is best. So speed as is works fine for me. I'm only logging against myself. Not a worlds record in under 60 seconds.

Went four stars, only because there is room for more features.
Speed should be easy to add... But isn't any issue for anyone that really works out properly.

I love the app. It works fine. Doing push ups slow works more of the muscle then doing them fast. Also, I would like to see a update for people who have a iPhone 5. Also more themes/places in the app to do my push ups too. Thanks for the app though. It helps. 👍👍👌👌
