If you like Windows Solitaire, you're going to love this app!
The same classic Windows Solitaire game plus the ability to control card movements naturally by just swiping or tapping the cards on your iPhone/iPod touch/iPad.
We've always strived to stay true to the classic game of Solitaire (also known as Klondike, the most popular version of Solitaire), and now we've added the unique option of playing games against other people!
Play the classic game you love all by yourself or you can also compete against other players in real-time. Our Solitaire can deal the same hand to multiple players so they can compete against each other at the same time. You can have your choice of challenging your friends or be matched up against a completely random player. Exciting!
As one of our users proudly states, "I never thought I'd say Solitaire makes for a fun social game, but the latest version is pretty impressive and knowing that I'm competing against others has changed the motivation to play completely."
Haven't won a deal in a while? Winning Deals are now available. You can configure the game so that we deal you hands that are guaranteed to have at least one winning solution. Still can't figure out how to win? The "Show Me How To Win" feature is there to help walk you through the moves required to win the deal.
Think you have the best Solitaire score around? With Apple's Game Center enabled, you can check the Game Center leaderboards to see how your Solitaire skills stack up against players all around the world!

I don't care about the new card faces - this way or the other, it just takes a short while to get used to something new, so either way it doesn't matter. I like the new stat of best first played game. Although the information it gives isn't as useful as it would be if the stat were to be applied to all past games played. Or just reset all scores; but people might not like that. My point is: let's say u get the second or third best score on the first try of a particular game. U might want to know if the people ahead of u got their score on their first try, too. So u look at the first play stat and they aren't there. But u don't know if they aren't in the first play stat because 1) their first score was too low to show up in the first play stat, which means that they got their high score by replaying a game, or 2) they got their high score on their first try, but they got it before the first play highest score stat took effect. So, if MobilityWare could make the first play stat apply to past games, that would be a good thing. And the ultimate update would include an all-time high score on a first play, as a leaderboard stat.
I got this game in September of 2011 and have enjoyed it ever since. I have played over 22,000 game of solitaire in that period of time and heartily recommend it to anyone who enjoys solitaire. The owner/designer has not rested on his laurels but keeps updating his product, thank you very much for that as it keeps the game fresh. I would like to suggest in the stats section that a section be added to keep count of the number of times a player sets a high score for a game. I especially like the flourishes that sound upon winning a game. Keep up the good work!
Why mess with a great game?
The card faces -- all three options offered on the new version -- are difficult to read and impossible to read quickly.
I cannot comment on the other supposed improvements to the new version, since I cannot get past the card faces
This was clearly a time to resist the urge to tinker with what works. Please return to the original card faces or at least offer theme as an option. With so many solitaire games available, players can easily go elsewhere -- and all those ads will remain unread!
