Requirements & limitations:
* To transfer photos from one iPhone/iPad to another both devices need to have this app installed. You only pay once when both devices use the same iTunes account to purchase apps
* Access to a properly configured wifi network is required for this application to work. Some public or private wifi networks may be configured to block communication between devices preventing the transfer connection to be established
* When transferring videos from a newer device model (like an iPhone 5) to an older device model (like an iPad 1) the videos may be resized so it can be played by the receiving device. Videos are resized to the maximum video playback resolution of the receiving device.
* Dropbox, Google Drive and Flickr plugins require a device using iOS6 or iOS7

THE Transfer App to have... 😃
"Two Thumbs Up!!" 👍👍 - Says me. Sitting right here.
"Five Stars!!". 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - Says me again, in Carlsbad CA
It's unbelievably easy to use. If you have no idea how to connect and transfer photos and it all seems "foreign" to you, get this app. The user interface walks you through everything. Just be sure both devices doing all the transferring are on the same wireless network. This should be obvious to everyone of course.
If you want a basic walkthru here u go:
Just tap on the app, then select what you want to transfer. Then simply tap the SEND or RECEIVE button. (do you want to SEND from your iPhone or RECEIVE to your iPhone) , Then simply tap the "iPhone/iPad Device" button, or the "to my PC" button. If sending to your iPad or another iPhone (for example), you now go to that device and start the same program there... And follow the steps to RECEIVE. Then press and let er rip!!
Even easier is getting pic to your PC. From your iPhone for example, you pic what you wanna send, then in the App you select SEND, then "TO PC or MAC". This App then gives you a web address to type into the web browser of your choice. Do that and you'll be directly connected to your iPhone and you can easily get your photos from your iPhone, to your computer.
Easy. Cheesy. :-)
I have done a couple of reviews on this app, including some negative comments when the desktop app was first introduced. But with every update, this app just keeps getting better. The desktop app works great now recognizing all of my devices. The transfers are super quick and I have had no issues with pictures out of order. The only thing I have noticed is, if I edit a picture on my iPad, then transfer it, it transfers the original without the edits. Not a big deal, my editing software is better on my computer anyway. Regarding the comments that it only transfers videos that are a few minutes in length, I totally disagree. Recently, I have transferred multiple videos at a time that varied in length and included lengths of 27 minutes. At the beginning of this week, I transferred a video of over 46 minutes in length. It was from an iPad to an iPad and it worked flawlessly. This is a great app!
At first I thought Photo Transfer didn't work. But then I realized that it was my iphone choking on too many things running at the same time. Once I closed some things out and re-ran Photo Transfer, it worked perfectly!
This things makes moving photos on and off of IoS devices SUPER easy. It is really pretty amazing!
It is actually easier than a USB cable. Pretty darn quick! And doesn't need an intermediary server. It just makes the IOS device look like a web server that sends or receives photos and videos.
The instructions say that transferring videos is a little unstable but I haven't had a problem. Probably only want to have 1 or 2 transferring at a time though.
If you want an easy way to send pictures, or a days worth of pictures or many days worth of pictures from your ioS device to your computer for archiving and/or sorting, this app is awesome!
