Couldn't meditate without it

I'm new to meditation and my mind just goes wild. After using this app for 3 minutes, a 10 minute mediation doesn't seem impossible. I use it before every meditation session for 3 minutes to get down to 5 bpm. It makes controlling your breathing a 1000 times easier. I hate paying for apps but I highly recommend this one.

Excellent app!

Provides good practice for breath work needed to lower you blood pressure, my reason for purchasing it. If you're not sure what bpm to begin with it will listen to you breathe and give you a recommended goal. Since I also practice yoga I'd love to see an option to have a segment between inhale and exhale that can be set just like the length of inhale/exhale.

Simple but effective

really helps focus on one's breathing in a way that reduces stress. It's even fun so making time to do it a couple times a day is a pleasure rather than a chore.
