Customer Reviews

Nice try maybe it can work next year.

For the first time in 50 years we are able to watch the Super Bowl and commercials and everything else streaming online. This is fantastic, and I was quite ecstatic to see that they were offering support for chrome cast via this app. However it is obvious whoever designed this app does not understand the basic uses of this technology. Yes it is possible to Stream the feed from this app to your chrome cast. However it also requires you to leave your phone on at all times thus draining your battery. Or if your phone goes into Powersave mode and dims the display and turns off automatically it kills the stream. Again, nice try but next time please understand the basics of the technology. Chrome cast takes the stream from the device and then carries it on it's own it doesn't rely the device to stay on at all times. Perhaps they were thinking this was a Roku or AppleTV? Unfortunately this made me scramble at the last minute to pull my computer over to the TV and stream using that. So nice try but made things more difficult for me at the last moment.

App won't open at all, and constantly crashes

I have not been able to even use this app at all since championship weekend. I was away from home and was heavily reliant on this app to watch the games away from home. No luck at all, constantly crashing, and now that I updated to iOS 9.2.1, it just keeps loading on the Opening screen but never actually opens, and then just keeps loading and loading until it just crashes. I have not been able to use this app at all for 2 weeks straight, championship games and pro bowl, and Something must be done to fix these crashing issues before the super bowl. This is rediculous. A big reason why I chose Verizon for my cellular network was to be able to watch the games on the go. But playoffs have been a huge dissapointment with this app. I hope the NFL mobile team resolves this issue within the next few days.

Make Super Bowl 50 Live for Sprint customers!

Get with the program. It's 2016 it shouldn't be difficult to develop a successful application that can be useful for every wireless network not only for Verizon customers, that's not fair. I'm 23 years old and I haven't missed a Super Bowl since Super Bowl 34 back in 2000 when I was 8 years old (the first super bowl I actually understood who was playing and I was rooting for the Rams with Kurt Warner and Marshall Faulk). I have Sprint and I'm planning to miss this Sunday's Super Bowl which is the 50th. Please make the Super Bowl live for Sprint customers. I know you guys probably will never read and take action to these reviews but I beg of you to take my review into consideration it'll mean the world to me. This might be also Peyton's "last rodeo" which would mean the world to me if I see him hoisting that Vince Lombardi trophy at the end of the game. Thank you.
