What's New in Version 1.8
Works like a boss
So I read some reviews where people said it doesn't work that well. I have a MacBook, iPhone 5s and I just made 4 different ringtones for alarms and for actual ringtones. The instructions couldn't be more easy. I didn't upgrade to the pro because frankly it doesn't take me 40 seconds to answer my phone. When you go into apps you have to scroll all the way down then click on rmaker to the far left and BAM!! Ringtone you made show up on your right. Hope that helped.
BUG FIX SCREW UP. YOU HAVE TO UPGRADE. LAME
$2.99 to remove adds and 10 more seconds of a ringtone?
Who in the world really wants to sit there for 40 seconds to listen to a small portion of a track?
Also: you can't even switch through your iTunes now because as soon as you put the "ringtone" icon a advertisement comes up preventing you from choosing anything.
I will say this: it is a good application. But since the bug fix you can't choose the music you want and for a application that really doesn't do anything, $2.99 just to remove adds is a utter joke.
...I guess I won't be making new ringtones, just the ones I have now.
Does the job, simple, but Mono?
I'm too cheap to pay for the pro version but the basic version let me make three ringtones in about 5 minutes and i had them synced in itunes and on my phone 5 minutes after that. So: it's easy, straightforward, and effective. my only gripe is that it appears to be mono - i.e. it's only playing one of the two stereo channels. Not sure why it does this; I couldn't find anything in the settings to play in stereo. Maybe that works in the Pro Version.
