Minor bug fix
I used this for the first time today and didn't expect much, but I ended up really liking it! I love the user interface - it's very clear.
Only 2 things I wish were different:
1. As someone else said, I wish you could adjust the length of the pause between exercises. I find this especially problematic when going from sitting to standing (jumping) exercises. Not enough time to get to my feet.
2. Sometimes I got confused by the trainer because of the volume issue others mentioned. Not looking at the screen I kept hearing "STOP!" (which I now realize was actually "DON'T STOP!") and it threw me off. Granted I could just turn off the motivators, but it's a volume thing.
Other than that, love it! I'm using this in conjunction with the Ease into 5k app.
The app is put together very nicely and I have no complaints about the UI. The workouts push me hard and leave me on the ground, drenched in sweat, and I've seen a marked drop in my fat to muscle ratio since starting to use this app.
There's just one complaint I have holding this back from a 5-star rating. It seems when I hit pause between exercises, it only pauses for a moment and then continues going. It happens often, but not consistently, and never when I pause in the middle of an exercise.
This is the bootcamp I wanted
As long as I'm not 100% compliant and sweating to death you know this has to be good. I was shocked how the voice walks you through and offers encouragement. Amazing combination of technology with real world application.
