About as expensive...
... As a tangible cookbook. Sure, there aren't that many recipes (I'm really hoping more get added on over time,) but there's certainly a wide enough selection to begin with, and to find a few new favorites.
I made the mistake of purchasing the 350 version of this app before discovering this main one, and the 350 has a fraction of the recipes, and cost half as much. However, I can see myself using both on a normal basis, so I suppose it's a non-issue.
Yes, it's an expensive app; yes, it has room for improvements. But I really appreciate the interface and the offering of delicious AND (more) nutritious foods, with pictures of each dish, without having to deal with a bulky cookbook. :) Bravo, ETNT.
Great but some recipe mix ups
I love the guidance and freedom the entire line of ETNT books and apps. have brought to my life. I am so excited to introduce these light versions of some beloved dishes into my families daily meals. I just purchased the app and while browsing some of the recipes I noticed some of the ingredient lists and instructions did not match. The lasagna, butternut squash ravioli and the teriyaki scallops have errors. There may be others but have not checked all of the recipes. Please fix this ASAP because I really want to try these dishes. Otherwise I am a big fan! Thanks so much,
Just what I needed
I was looking for an app that could make the kitchen a safe haven for a culinary dummy like myself. I've also finally begun trying to eat well.
I should have known the brains of eat this not that would make things foolproof. Great recipes, easy to follow instructions, and the swap feature that makes me KNOW I'm doing something good for myself. Oh, did I mention it's beautifully designed? So many cooking apps are so ugly... They need to take a lesson.
