Version 5.01.0
We've fine-tuned the app to bid farewell to those tiny bugs that were buzzing around causing mischief. We've also done a bit of general housekeeping to ensure everything hums without a hitch.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed banking with you, primarily, your convenient services suited my needs in my early career as a world traveler, secondly the excellent customer service of being able to talk with someone 24 hrs a day no matter where in the world or what time zone I was in. I’d like to think I’ll have another enjoyable 25 years with you, I’ll take what I can 😆

Easy and secure
Love everything about First Direct ….. the service, the security (although frustrating when I forget my password but rather be safe than sorry!), and the ease of how easy the app is.
From everyday banking to transferring money to different countries or paying bills.
I could not think of a way to make it better …. Keep up the good work….and thank you!
Security steps could not be more annoying
On line banking with First Direct used to be a pleasure. With their new security measures, I now have to memorise multiple passwords that all have different monikers, none of which I can keep straight, and the site has lost all intuitiveness. Absolutely horrendous “upgrade “.
