Easy to use, but needs one thing.....
I like this app. The only things I would like to see is the ability to re-size to extend the visible keyboard, as I am using a MIDI keyboard and on the many songs that go beyond the narrow region displayed, it is difficult to maintain any kind of smooth tempo when you have to hit the yellow arrows to move the screen, then re-orient yourself on the keyboard. If I could see the whole set of keys, sure the display would be much smaller/narrower, but it would allow me to prop the ipad up on the table and use it more effectively as a training tool. As it stands, when you have to keep fussing with the arrows, it feels a bit like playing a game, since I could do a song al day and then try to use a real piano or keyboard I would be unable to smoothly transition. Hope that explanation made sense. This is a big enough omission to cost two stars- if they update and add this option, I would cheerfully give it all five. And yes, I realize the full keyboard is displayed between the keys and music, but the blue "this is where you are at bar" remains lit, so it is too difficult to see the blue notes highlighted, as they also highlight in, u guessed it, blue. Maybe they could just give the option to remove the blue sliding bar?

This is one of the best apps I have downloaded..... It's right up there with Let's Create Pottery.
I used to play the piano when I was young, now I am in my 70's and have not played in years.
It's like a refresher course........just absolutely wonderful......
Thank you so very very much for coming up with this... It is amazing how quickly it is coming back to me with the easy and complete instructions.
I would recommend this to any one who love music.
Everyone should give it a try.
The instructions are very clear and easy to follow.
This app basically needs a lot of work to justify the 10 dollar price tag. It frequently crashes, and constantly orients upside down. The settings are poorly customizable, and the program does not remember between songs. Also there is No way to rewind, or practice individual segments of songs in tutor mode. Songs are poorly organized and should be more in a library fashion. The layout of the keys does not facilitate playing cords easily--indeed the app crashes every time you play a cord anyways.
I recently downgraded this app from two to one stars because it crashes every time you turn it on. There need to be sweeping structural, interface, and programming updates to make this program with a 10 dollar purchase.
I purchase a free app and for an update before sinking ten dollars into this.
