BABY USER INTERFACE teaches INFANTS one important concept: An iPad (& iPhone & iPod) will RESPOND to their touch, shake and rotation in a consistent manner.
Watching my infant quickly lose interest in apps aimed at children, I found that:
- A simple "tap" gesture is more complicated than we realize... the finger must not move between being placed down and picked up.
- A baby won't notice if their other hand is touching the screen, blocking any interactivity unless the app supports multi-touch.
- A baby won't know to touch a specific object on screen, so an app must respond to touch anywhere.
Between age of 3 months and 12 months, my son found Baby UI to be the most captivating interactive app on our iOS devices.
Then, between 12 and 18 months he lost interest in Baby UI and was able to appreciate more complex apps available from other developers. I believe Baby UI accelerated this process by offering a frustration-free app for his experimentation.
BABY UI is a great way to introduce your infant to your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.
iPad3 support. Improved stability when rotating. Improved flocking towards multi-touch. Smoother flocking on older iOS devices.

Great App just needs one fix!
So my 3 month old really likes this app. He may not do many things yet but when I show him this he attempts to reach for it which he has not done for any other app. The only prob I saw was that when he uses his 4 fingers and swipes it does the native idevice thing of moving to another app. If this could be disabled or more conditions for this be placed it would be the best!!!
Fantastical Fun for fussy little ones!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE UPDATE!!!!!
Because your site has not been updated in a very long time it is no longer compatible with my newer iOS. This was/had been my favorite go to app when dealing with loud or fussy little ones. It has been missed for several months now. Please update so I can continue to fascinate and quiet the little ones.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
