While the videos are a bit lengthy, they are excellent for the average runner. A must have the athlete! As good as actual physical therapy!


Downloaded app to hopefully help with what I believe to possibly be shin splits. As there is no audio to the app it is useless to me so far. Hopefully the issue gets resolved soon, especially since the app wasn't free!!
