Easiest way ta do it
since the new update getting your ringtone has gotten a bit harder from this app best way ta do is once you make your ringtone 1.send it in email 2. save the attatchment/ ringtone to your comp from said email 3.Sync Iphone and make sure your podcast ringtone is set to select all in your device sync settings on I tunes 4. Finally just drag n drop your ringtone file from "downloads into I tunes and it should show up in the download status bar Down loading "your file" and just ta check after your done go to your I phone settings on the i phone settings<sounds<tones and it should be on your tones list with no spaces unless you edited it BAMM your done
Works well once you figure it out.
It took me quite a while to figure it out. The instructions aren't too helpful. Basically you have to make sure the tones folder shows on your iTunes on your computer iTunes list. Like music..movies.. Podcast..tones. You have to click preferences for it to show in your iTunes if it doesn't already show. Then you make you ringtone. To use as a text tone. It can't be longer than 28 sec. Ringtone max is 40. When you save it.. Go under the app section on your computer and make a new folder on your desktop. Then save the file from the app section to the folder on your desktop. Then drag from your desktop to tunes section and sync. And then you have your ringtone. Hopefully this helps others.
Great app but a little tricky
I don't usually review an app but this one is great. I have alot of songs on my phone I would love to have as a ringtone. This app is the app for you because it provides it. It works fine but remember that once you go to file sharing save the ringtone on your desktop. After it is saved in the desktop double click on it and it will play in your ringtones. Go into the tones tab and you will see it unchecked. Check the box and click sync at the bottom. Wait a little bit go to setting then sounds when you go to default ringtones you should see it and There u go!!!!!!!!!!!
