Wonderful Tai Chi App!
This is a wonderful tai chi app – I have been using it for about a year – The instructions are very clear and precise and the diagrams demonstrating the various poses are fantastic. The simplicity of this makes it very easy to use and very easy to grasp the various exercises. The voice and background music are also very relaxing. I do very much feel like I've had a very good stretch and wonderfully balancing exercise session when I have finished. It is not overly strenuous at all – however you do feel like you've had a wonderful workout. I highly recommend this app! Well done!
I am 66 years old have used this system for 2 years and my doctors are amazed by my health and say that Tai Chi is a big reason I am so healthy.
