Easy to use and understand. Some of the others just show a figure moving around ,but fail to explain things. Tech support was very responsive. Upgrade for 2.99 was well worth it.
Even without the upgrade you don't get a bunch of adds for dumb games, which I really appreciated..
I have really enjoyed this app! It has helped to loosen and strengthen my back, make it easier for me to stretch for running...
Learning the art of Tai Chi is more difficult, but it does seem to be worth it.
I am kind of new to martial arts but found this app very useful. Calming music is a plus.
