Honest gamers review
Update: New update says works with controllers. I don't see an option in menus to connect any. Doesn't work with icade or at least no ability to even attempt to connect it.
Yes, believe it or not i'm one of the few people who have played games feverishly without playing GTA before. Never really interested me. But for a $.99 thought I could take a flyer. First, they crammed a lot into the game so far. You can never go wrong with that... unless the controls are atrocious. I disregarded all the reputable gaming site reviews that said the controls are horrendous and they are right. Driving is fine. It's when you're on your feet that you can't shoot or fight the person you want. Maddenly frustrating. But I can live with that since I've played iphone apps since their release.
What is the major problem is there is no rhyme or reason for its existance. They need a hint or tutorial area since I can't find out what I'm suppose to do. Occasionally I have a taget in my map but I can seriously wander hours without any goals. I usually end up stealing a cab and taking people wherever.... boring or stealing a cop car and stopping vigilantes. Boring. Hope there is more to it but after playing 3 hours I haven't done much but be a taxi driver.
First off, this game is absolutely amazing. I've been looking for a game where you can just drive anywhere in a town, but I found something even better. I've only had it a week and I absolutely love it. I just have one suggestion that would make it 1,000 times better. online multiplayer. It might seem like a big thing, but it would be totally worth it
This GTA is great, totally fun and worth the money! There could be more islands but I'm not complaining! The one thing I would change is to add multiplayer to this awesome game! Please add it this game would be a lot better than it is.... That is pretty hard to top! One more thing maybe change the plane controls!
