The content of this app is excellent, If you have a serious overeating problem and have spent your life trying to lose weight, unsuccessfully, this app may be an answer to your prayers!! It is for me! It is teaching me how to have a good relationship with food and improving all aspects of my life, in the process. Thank you Doc Jenn!!!!!!!

I like the medium of it being on my phone. It makes it very convenient and personal. However, the software needs to be further developed and does not work correctly. You will waste a lot of time if you write into it. It is better to use your notes, so that you can later read it and save it.

Stop poor dieting habits

This app is really resourceful in assisting you on your journey into intuitive eating. It provides an abundant amount of resources within for you to work with. I love the food journal and hope they update it to include syncing with all devices. I recommend this to anyone looking to step into their own power and take responsibility with how their body feels rather than over eating. ++++

Titles too small on iphone

Don't purchase this app if you only have the iPhone. You can't read the titles on the main page. I really wished this app would be functional because I would really love to put Dr. jenn's suggestions to use but it's just not usable on the iPhone.
