Only reason I’m giving them a 1 Star is because that’s the lowest choice!!! This is the 2nd ever I’ve flown JetBlue and never again! I was checked in an hour and a half before my flight left and finally got to the gate 20 minutes before the flight was going to leave and there was not attendant at the desk. Then after waiting 5-10 minutes the lady came back and she said sorry the gate closes 15 minutes before!! I said I’ve been waiting here and was clearly here before 15 minutes. They didn’t even do a last call or anything. It wasn’t like I was messing around in shop I went straight to security and the gate!!! The lady was so rude and clearly seemed like they were in a hurry to get gone even though there was still time. I’ve never had this problem kind of problem with my regular airline “Delta”!!! That’s what I get for governing them a second chance!!!! I’m so mad and now me and my 2 small children are stuck in an airport for 4 more hours and will have to reschedule our pick up at our arrival city!!! If I was a celebrity then I would be getting comp flight for the way this lady treated us. But not only did we miss it but there was another couple who arrived right after us and missed the flight and they’re bags were on our flight that hadn’t even taken off yet or disconnected from the gate.!!! I’m so so mad and aggravated!!!!
Cancelled flight at Grenada
We waited for our flight for 6 hours then JetBlue decided to cancel the flight. By that time it was already 7pm in Grenada, Jet blue refuses to put us up in a hotel even though the new flight is next day. I ask the Jet Blue spokes woman it is already 7 pm and it is carnival season in Grenada. What if we can not find a hotel? Will we be allowed to stay at the airport until next morning? She said yes, but later came back telling us the inside of the airport will be locked at 10:30 but the outside we can stay. The outside at Grenada airport basically is outdoors , so literally Jet Blue is kicking us out on the streets and ask us to sleep on the street overnight. That is absolutely unacceptable. Anyways by the time we learnt all this it is getting dark outside. I was with my wife and son, and it was getting so scared we can not find any hotel. We keep calling hotels and resorts we can find on the internet, even with very slow WiFi service at the airport. But still no luck. Finally we found some place they just had an early cancellation. Otherwise we are not sure what we would do that night. And in the mean time Jet Blue did not do anything to help us. I will never fly JetBlue again !!
Even More Pace equals Even More Speed!
I've purchased even more space and even more speed is included with that. However, for the second time, when I print my boarding pass, even more speed is not reflected even though I checked the box. I called Jetblue and they told me that I have to go to the counter to remedy the problem. OMG! So much for even more speed! Instead it's another line I have to stand in. Not to mention that I always purchase the ems/ems, yet I constantly stand by and watch people who have not purchased ems/ems to be directed into the ems designated lines ahead of those of us who have paid good money for the convenience. And, I've seen this not only at security, but at the gate as well. At the gate, the employees allow themselves to be bullied by impatient non paying for ems passengers. It's like after first class anything goes. :(. And more than once I've been in a seat where my tv didn't work. I don't think it's fair to pay extra money for even more space then get only an apology and no tv when I have to be on a plane for 6 hours. I used to brag about how good Jetblue is, now, not so much. :(
