Even More Pace equals Even More Speed!

I've purchased even more space and even more speed is included with that. However, for the second time, when I print my boarding pass, even more speed is not reflected even though I checked the box. I called Jetblue and they told me that I have to go to the counter to remedy the problem. OMG! So much for even more speed! Instead it's another line I have to stand in. Not to mention that I always purchase the ems/ems, yet I constantly stand by and watch people who have not purchased ems/ems to be directed into the ems designated lines ahead of those of us who have paid good money for the convenience. And, I've seen this not only at security, but at the gate as well. At the gate, the employees allow themselves to be bullied by impatient non paying for ems passengers. It's like after first class anything goes. :(. And more than once I've been in a seat where my tv didn't work. I don't think it's fair to pay extra money for even more space then get only an apology and no tv when I have to be on a plane for 6 hours. I used to brag about how good Jetblue is, now, not so much. :(

Love Jet Blue app

I love their app. It is so easy to navigate and find the best fares. I get the best deals here compared to Expedia, Kayak and other apps. They never have the deals the Jet Blue app has. Of course you have to fly to a city they serve. We fly often to Washington DC from Hartford to visit my daughter. We have gotten fares as low as $34 per person. Cheaper than driving or taking the train! Of course you have to be flexible with the times they offer and the return trip is a higher fare usually but they still are pretty cheap. And also we have never had a problem with their flights from Hartford or Reagan and the planes are clean and comfortable and flight attendants and other staff are always very helpful and courteous. It’s our first choice for an Airline! Keep up the good work Jet Blue!

No reason for my flight to have been canceled!

I am writing this not because of the crew or the trip, rather I got an email one hour before flight time spent over a hundred dollars to take a Uber to the airport at JFK then 45 min to board the flight is canceled? Furthermore, you said it was due to weather which was a cop out bc I have a pilot license and know that they had over a mile visibility and multiple flights were still taken off. My question is how can you blame the weather and then keep sending flights out? I could understand if it was the last flight of the night but it wasn’t and we even got on a later flight with JetBlue but to another airport costing us money and time. I feel that you should understand that it was a total inconvenience to my family and I and we should get reimbursed for all costs relating to our hardship, but that’s on you! If you would like me to continue to fly with JetBlue then you will make it right and be fair. Thank you in advance.
