Not worth the memory it takes-up
The only reason I'm giving Pages one star is that they won't let me give it the zero stars it deserves. In all fairness, it used to work -- kinda-sorta.
However, around the time last version came out, it wouldn't even open. I tried updating this accursed app, which refused to open, as well. I tried restarting my phone, to no avail.
I deleted the app, and tried reinstalling it. It still wouldn't open. I restarted my phone again, to no effect.
But what really gets my panties in a knot is that almost 2 weeks ago, I submitted a report to Fakebook, the folks behind this worthless app, and have yet to receive a response.
I suppose this mightn't be so bad, if Fakebook worked the way is used to on my 'puter. Unfortunately, since the all-new, not-ready-for-primetime look of Fakebook, more often that not I fall asleep waiting for a page to load.
Furthermore, sharing and posting stuff on Fakebook had become an exercise Byzantine work-arounds. Thus, when I discovered Fakebook mobile apps, they became my primary interface with personal and business pages on Fakebook.
Now, I can't even manage my business pages anymore, thanx to this worthless app. Bottom line? If you're thinking of downloading Pages, don't waste the memory of your device.
A Solid App That Needs A Few More Functions
Self-explanatory; It does what I want it to, and that is perfect. There are however a few articles that it is missing in regards to functions.
I'm not in a state to right a full review, but I would recommend this to all users of Facebook who intend to make Pages their locale- and therefore Pages• should be all the more welcoming for that. I would recommend this to all users of the iPod devices (iPod 4th gen and up), iPhone devices (iPhone 4 and up), and all iPad devices-
Of all of these users, those using iOS 6.1.3 and up ((especially iOS 7.0.1 by far!)) are the most apt to have minimal issues with the Pages• app.
Coming through again, I realize that you CAN in fact schedule PICTURE POSTS! I found out last night, and immediately praised the gods, I was just so happy.
So consider it a solid 4 out of 5 stars.
Effective, useful app
I use this app to manage my five different pages. It is extremely easy to keep all of the pages distinct from each other, but also keep them within easy reach of each other to manage posts and pictures to make sure I keep my pages updated. I recommend this app for all users who have more than one page, because I think it makes it easy to manage them than using the regular Facebook platform to do so. This is why I rated the app with four stars. Reasoning behind me not rating it with 5 stars is because you cannot edit ALL of the settings available to the page on the app. You must do it from a browser. Overall effective and useful app I would recommend to others.
