What I Eat is the simplest way ever to track your eating habits.
Track your meal times using the inbuilt calendar. Compare days and share your list of dishes on Facebook or with your email buddies.
Monitor your diet and learn to eat more healthily. By choosing what information to include, the What I Eat app can have a multitude of uses.
We’d love to hear how you’re using this app, and we’re all ears when it comes to suggestions for additional functions.

What's New in Version 1.3.2
Auto-list facility - create new record with 2 or more lines to get nicely aligned list on the main screen
A real treat. 6-Stars.
The BEST, *very simple*, meal-tracker I've seen at the App Store. I like how you have the option to NOT include the calorie count of the food items eaten (faster that way). Sometimes it's enough to simply track *what* you are eating throughout the day - to monitor yourself.
As I said, the app can log your calorie intake and/or the food items you eat during the day. You don't have to bother entering what mealtime it is, because the app automatically logs the time when an entry is made (you can easily adjust the time logged, on the fly, if you wish). A calendar view provides a long-range overview of your consumption, should you need to double-check your trend.
This is a simple & effective application. It has a minimalist and high-quality design. The app really fills a niche; since so many other dietary apps tend to be unnecessarily over-complicated.
A BIG congrats and thanks goes out to the developer on this one.
*** NOTE: for a future update, it would be superb to have the ability to view the total calorie counts for the previous 7-8 days (on one page) to view the current trend more easily. This display could be in a "bar chart" format for the week or it could simply be the 7-8 day's worth of calorie totals (just the numbers) shown together on one page.
What I ate
Great app! It helps to get me focus, looking back on what I've eaten throughout the day as well as past weeks keeps me grounded on the correct foods to eat and not to eat by reviewing pass meals love!!!
it's so simple. I love looking back at what I ate. No picture taking or anything. I've been searching for an app like this. xx
