Bug fixes and miscellaneous changes
A must have for DC visitors
I just got home from a four day visit to DC and this app was unbelievably fun and helpful. It helped choose what sites to see and was very useful in finding my way around town and finding the quickest walking route to my next destination. And I enjoyed reading the descriptions and commentary on all of the many sites, not just those I was able to visit. I will recommend this app to anyone even thinking of visiting DC.
Convenient for tourists
This app was very useful when wandering around DC and visiting museums. The map and "I need a..." features were nice. The map was slightly glitchy at times, but not so bad that the app was unusable. Overall, it improved my experience in DC as a tourist.
Please add locations titles of some buildings that are of note, even if it is not something visit-able (treasury, commerce, etc.)! And perhaps a note about which streets you can enter/exit museums would be useful.
Has everything you need for a visit to DC! Would be nice to have map access even without Internet. When internet service is down because there are so many people around (4th of July) it would be good to have the map open without Internet service. I don't need the GPS locator functioning, but the map should open so I can at least see street names and figure out where I am. Still, very good app when you have Internet service.
