Lots of Bugs/Glitches
I'm a huge fan of the PC build-a-Lot games. They're a lot of fun; really stable and such. So I expected the same from the mobile version, right? Unfortunately it's not exactly the case.
After being out for so long, you would expect them to be able to squash all of the bugs and glitches, but every now and then I still get very annoyed with some thing. For example, sometimes on specific levels the amount of cash or materials I have wont display, or on levels where I need to draft a blueprint the cost doesn't show up even though the construction worker who pops up after doing so says it will. Also, when drafting blueprint sometime it will ask for an amount that's more than the requirement.
So in conclusion, the PC versions are a lot better, and honestly the game should've stayed on PC. A desktop or laptop monitor has a lot more real estate on the screen to fit things in it. The mobile version isn't bad, but it definitely needs some improvements before I can give it a 5 star title.
I used to love Build a Lot games and I bought the full version of this game. I can't even play past level 2 because it's impossible to get the bottom bar to go off if the screen!
It won't allow me click the "down" arrow to get rid of that bar so I can't get to the other icons on the screen in order to get materials to build a house and accomplish one of the assigned goals.
I thought maybe it was an iPhone issue so I tried to get it from the cloud onto the iPad and, even though i paid for the app, it wants me to buy it again (don't know if that's an app issue where there's an iPhone version and iPad version or if it's just a glitch right now but still annoying).
Needless to say: NOT impressed!
I would love to get my money back for this game that I CAN'T EVEN PLAY.
Same as version 2
The game is just like version 2, with the addition of periodic ads (yes, in the paid version).
Clicking on things is a bit difficult sometimes and takes several tries.
On iphone 5 the game window doesn't fill the entire screen. And the game doesn't deal with the mute button correctly.
