What's New in Version 3.3.1
Every now and again you make teeny, tiny, little updates that,
although barely noticeable to the human eye, add up to something big.
That’s what’s in this update. A lot of little details.
Since you’re probably wondering what’s in the details, here’s some brief hints:
- A lot of aesthetic design tweaks
- A bit of performance enhancements
- A little dabble in Swift, for that smoother, softer touch

Pretty Awesome; Lacking 1 Key Feature
In reality I love everything radpad has to offer, and I might be asking for too much by this, but it would be great to see listings that will become available 60-90 days in advance. My lease isn't up until late July, but want to get a jump on finding somewhere better than my current hood-rich sublet in Uptown where there aren't bullet holes in the building foundation that I'm paying $1,425 a month for. If it were as easy as breaking the lease, this wouldn't be an issue. I definitely give RadPad an amazing amount of credit however for helping me preemptively scoping out new buildings that are just as affordable (with better management/amenities/area) and I even without this feature, I'm still giving it five stars because they've still exceeded my expectations!
Great finds in DC
This app actually has listings that none of the other sites have. I think it's because it allows private landlords and real estate agents to post quickly and easily, because I see a lot of single units rather than just entire complexes. I think the sorting and organizational stuff could be better. It would be cool if there was like a "yes /no / maybe" feature rather than just having favorites. I'm giving it 5 stars anyway because it's just a really cool app.
Most resourceful housing app
This app is very useful when looking for an apartment. The only I don't like is it doesn't show you when a rental was posted. Sometime I find myself contacting managers from ads they posted several weeks ago and most of the time they already rented it out. So far it's the best app to use when looking for a place. Haven't worried too much about there being scams.
